I have tried that but your screenshot shows the date above the time. My form has the date and time all in one line. I have tried just selecting the standard time button from "123" but then the date disappears.

Mr. O'Hearn

You seem to know your way around Google Docs. Do you know of a way to modify the Timestamp in the Form so it will show the date and the time but in standard time not military time?

Thanks

James Logue
