Where's the line between tutoring/helping versus re-lecturing?

I have students that come to me with the statement, "I didn't understand anything you did on the Vodcast."  Then they expect to basically reteach them the whole lesson one on one.  While I don't mind…Continue

I teach chemistry in NJ and have been using my Promethean Board and Jing to record tutorials.  I'd like to flip this and use them as my primary "lecture", but I'd like some guidance on the process.  It seems simple, but too many things do that are not.  How would you recommend a rookie to get rolling on this?  Where can I get some materials other than just forum-type questions?  Thanks for any guidance.

Brett,

I am new to this and want to get started flipping.  You are fairly close to me and I would like to be part of your group.  I am not sure where to begin, so any advice is VERY helpful.  If you participate in the Worldwide flip on January 30, I would love to come visit your school.
