Las Vegas Flippers?
I'm looking for teachers in Las Vegas/ CCSD who are currently flipping or who are interested in giving it a try this next year. I teach Chemistry and have checked out many websites, videos, and Aaron and Jon's book, but I would love to work with someone locally. Thanks.

I received your reply via interact and am extremely jealous that you are a 1:1 school and agree that we should leave this discussion here so that other teachers in Las Vegas could join in and share information. To that...I created a new group (I hope that I was allowed to do that Mr. Overmyer) called the Las Vegas Flippers. Please let anyone else know about the group and btw I heard that Bridger MS may have already flipped or are also planning on flipping.

Thanks for the interest, but unfortunately we are not back in session until January 7th. If you are still in town then and want to check out my Chemistry classes at Foothill High School you are more than welcome to. (I’d have to double check with my admin, but they are very accommodating.) Since I’m off the week you’re here and I’m sure I’ll need a break from my 3 children by then I’d be happy to meet. Also, I have a partner in crime at my school that is my personal tech guy and he is also using Camtasia to make his flipped class videos, so I’d love to bring him along if possible. Let me know what works for you.
