As a note, this is last years conf page. If you have used captivate and are comfortable, I would sign up for intermediate.

In the process of registering. I currently use Adobe Captivate, so I know the basics of that program - but not Camtasia. Should I register for the beginner or intermediate pre-conference workshop?

I like Myisha's idea of stepping into the Student shoes!!

My team and I were talking, (5th Grade, Acres Green Elementary, Lone Tree Co.), and we all agreed that we would love to have an opportunity to take off our teachers hats during the conference and sit in the students seat. We think learning from a students perspective, what a flipped classroom "feels" like, watching a "lecture" video, attempting to learn the content, come up with questions, basically do the things we are going to expect our students to do, would be an excellent way to put together all of the sessions we are engaged in.

Will it be ok for us to record the sessions we go to for our own personal reference later? (Not to be posted anywhere).

@carma:  I have added the adams state college brochure we will be handing out to those interested.  If you want you can print it out and bring it to the conference this Thursday.

I started a thread in the Camtasia group to brainstorm ideas for the Camtasia Workshops I'll be running each day at the Flipped Class Conference.  If you have something that you'd like me to cover, please comment in this thread:

If we want 1.5 credits how do we go about getting signed up for that?
